Job Title: Shop Fabricator
Primary Job Function:
- Responsible for fabricating duct and fittings and to complete on or below the budgeted labor hours, as requisitioned by foreman.
- Maintain required levels of shop stock items. Advises foreman at such time as workload requires more than 24 hours notice.
- Works with Operations Manager, General Manager and sales team on ideas for reducing the cost of shop items, including manufactured inventory as well as custom fittings.
- The shop fabricator is responsible for maintaining profitability within the shop.
