Primary Job Function:
- To oversee the company's sales and marketing activities.
- Supervision of company Comfort Consultants, and other sales personnel, making certain that the company's marketing message and value is highlighted through our sales activities.
- Ensure that the company's monthly sales budget is achieved through proper planning and management of all incoming sales leads and other referral sources available within the company.
- Establish company selling goals/budgets and objectives with the assistance of the General Manager.
- Handle all company house accounts, growing house accounts each year.
